Our Commitment...

On the day of your wedding, we are totally dedicated in capturing every special moment that you will treasure as lifetime memories.

Our wedding preparation...

Approximately 6-8 weeks before your wedding date we will sit down with you to discuss every step of your important date.

We want to be able to help you remember the story of your wedding day for many years to come.

Questions we will ask;

• Do you want a photo session from where it began? We could travel to the site of where he proposed to you. ( Marion and contiguous counties only )
• When do you want us to start?
• Where will the ceremony and reception take place?

We will also ask you to fill out forms that will provide us detail information on traditional photos and groupings. If a special pose or a special place come to mind, please call us ! It's your special day and we'll make it happen.

Shortly before the wedding...

4-5 days before the wedding, we will touch base with you to make sure that everything is prepared and to see if you have any changes in the program. We will adjust to your needs.

At the rehearsal...

We will make it a point to attend and observe the facilty and wedding preparations. This will allow us to fine tune our plans for your special day. During the rehearsal, we would like to meet the person performing the service and ease any concerns that they might have. We will only use flash photography with permission during the ceremony.

The day of your wedding...

We will arrive early at the place where the ceremony is performed to take pictures of the Bride and Groom during dressing preparation.

Of course, our aim is to take pictures without intruding. From here on forward, we will be wherever the bride and groom are.

The portrait session, either before or after the ceremonies, will need to be planned in advance. Please plan on about an hour for these pictures.

At the reception...

All of the traditional pictures will be taken, including many candid shots.

After the cake cutting, the bouquette and garter have been tossed, we will remain for another hour to take pictures of family and guests. Soon thereafter we will bid our farewell to take our final step of the wedding process.

The final step...

of our work, we will spend several days sorting, selecting, doing touch up, and making your images the best they can be. Within a week to ten days, you will be notified that your DVD proofing CD is ready for you to view and select images in crystal clear digital quality, right on your big screen TV in the comforts of your home. You'll be able to scroll through thumbnail images, enlarge them to full screen views and preview any image in color, black and white, or sepia tone, all by using the DVD players remote control.

Upon completion of your images selections, we will begin the design of each individual page of your beautifull panoramic photo album.
